Refunds

All requests for refunds within 30 days will be evaluated on an individual basis. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Requests for refund due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design will not be accommodated. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used as well as descriptions gotten from the manufacturers. Due to our products being handmade, design and size will vary slightly.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final once shipped. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstance.

 

Allergy Warning

Our products are made with a variety of ingredients. We make sure to sanitize and disinfect after each product batch. However, it is possible that one ingredient may have been in contact with another. Please refer to the product ingredient list for a complete list of ingredients.

 

General Product Warnings And Cautions

For any product purchased, it is the buyer's responsibility to use the product responsibly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Friz Drip, LLC. is not responsible for any injuries or accidents. Strongly colored soaps may discolor wash cloths, this is normal.
